Find out why the channel is not producing clients.
A written audit of your channel, then sixty minutes building your 90-day plan.
This is the work I do before I take on a coaching client, sold on its own. I go through your channel, your analytics and your market before we ever speak, write the whole thing up, and then spend an hour taking you through it and building the plan with you.

The YouTube Deep Dive
- A written audit of your channel, delivered before we speak.
- Then 60 minutes on Zoom building your 90-day plan.
- Your first ten topics, chosen from real search demand.
Who it is for.
- You are publishing already and the channel is not producing clients.
- You are about to start and want the plan before you film a single video.
- You have a team or an editor who needs a roadmap to execute against.
What it is not
Not editing. Not done-for-you production. Not a free consultation with a pitch at the end. You pay for an hour of judgment and a document you keep, and that is exactly what arrives.
What you get, in order.
Before the call: the written audit
- Every published video reviewed: title, thumbnail, description, chapters, and whether the packaging matches what you actually said.
- Your analytics read properly: which videos bring subscribers, which bring buyers, and where people leave.
- The search terms your buyers actually type, and which ones you can realistically own this year.
- Your three closest competitors on YouTube, what is working for them, and where the gap is.
- Delivered as a written document before the call, so you are not hearing it for the first time on Zoom.
On the call: 60 minutes, one to one
- We go through the audit line by line, not a summary of it.
- Your real constraint named out loud, not the one you assumed.
- The 90-day plan built with you: what to publish, in what order, and why that order.
- Your first ten video topics, chosen from real search demand rather than brainstormed.
What you keep
The full written audit and the 90-day plan, yours permanently and usable by your team or your editor without me in the room. The $497 credits in full toward your first month of Traction, Momentum or Authority.
Two channels the system was built on.
“12 years on YouTube with 200 subscribers. Then I applied Aaron's system, 90 days later I had 2,000 subs and $87K in commissions. By year end, over $300K.”
“Went from 1,000 to 160,000 subscribers in 18 months using exactly what's in this book. The lead generation chapter alone was worth 10x the price.”

Every number the Deep Dive checks on your channel is explained in one of these. Watch first if you want to know what you are paying for.
Questions people ask before they book.
How long does the YouTube Deep Dive take?
The written audit lands in your inbox before the call, usually within a week of booking once I have access to your channel. The call itself is 60 minutes on Zoom. You keep the audit and the 90-day plan permanently.
What do you need from me?
Your channel link, read access to your YouTube analytics, and a few lines on who you want as a client. Everything else I pull myself before we speak.
What if I do not have a channel yet?
Then the audit covers your market, your competitors and the search demand instead of your past videos, and the call builds the plan for your first 90 days. Starting with the plan is cheaper than starting with a camera.
What happens if I go on to coaching?
The $497 credits in full toward your first month of Traction, Momentum or Authority. There is no obligation to continue and no pitch at the end of the call.
Can a real estate agent book this?
Yes. The Deep Dive is open to anyone with a channel or a plan for one. Ongoing coaching for agents and teams runs through Tom Ferry International, where you can ask for Aaron as your coach.
Is this a sales call?
No. You are paying for an hour of judgment and a written document, and that is what you get. If coaching fits, I will say so once, in one sentence, and leave it with you.
