1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aaroncuha.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Aaron Cuha / Dominion Partners LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Description

We offer the following products and services through the Site and affiliated platforms:

• Books & Digital Products — Published works available for purchase, including physical and digital formats.
• YouTube Management Services — Done-for-you YouTube channel management offered in monthly subscription tiers ranging from $997 to $5,000 per month.
• Executive Coaching — One-on-one coaching programs ranging from $1,995 to $4,995 per month.
• Community Membership — Access to our private Skool community at $47 per month or $450 per year.
• Newsletter & Digital Content — Free email newsletter delivered via Beehiiv, blog content, and embedded YouTube videos.
• Strategy Calls — Free and paid consultation calls booked through Brevo Meetings.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

YouTube Management Services

YouTube management subscriptions include a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied during the trial period, you may cancel for a full refund. After the 30-day trial, subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months after the trial period.

Executive Coaching

Coaching engagements are billed monthly. You may cancel before your first coaching session for a full refund. After the first session has taken place, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel future billing periods with 30 days' written notice.

Community Membership

Skool community memberships are billed monthly at $47/month or annually at $450/year. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months or remaining annual periods.

Book & Digital Product Purchases

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Physical book purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, frameworks, and software — is the property of Aaron Cuha / Dominion Partners LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without prior written permission. Purchasing a product or service grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that specific content for your own purposes only.

5. User Conduct

When using our Site and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Share login credentials or provide access to paid content to unauthorized users.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish any content, courses, or materials.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members or staff.
• Submit false or misleading information through forms or communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

The information, products, and services provided on this Site are for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income, or business outcomes from using our products, services, coaching, or content.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AARON CUHA / DOMINION PARTNERS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Utah. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
